Our site, located in Maltepe, the fastest growing district of Istanbul, is a modern life center that offers modern life, sports activities as well as cultural and social activities, with its proximity to the coast and shopping centers.

We knowingly care about the happiness, health and quality of life of our residents of the high-level satisfaction-based services provided in common living areas within our site. Especially with the understanding of sustainable uninterrupted service management, we shape our measures and plans in this direction.

We provide services to our residents with site management, help desk, technical, cleaning, security, garden-landscape maintenance, bio diesel protection, pest spraying, agricultural spraying, social facility areas and welcoming units in common areas.
